Exchange:

  • We are happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 03 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange promptly, and your new item will be shipped out to you.

Return:

  • If you wish to return your item for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
